Being Delicious..

This Friday I got this gift from my sister, the perfume Red Be Delicious by DKNY, and it's really nice! Very modern & fresh.. sexy.

I didn't try it till today, I can tell I totally love it!

I wanted to get the fragance by Givenchy, Ange ou Demon, it really smells SO good, really sensual and provocative, BUT I would only use it by night.. I think it would be too much for the day. Anyway is still on my shopping list.

♫...♪...Don't stand so close to me...♪..♫

Listening today to The Police music, I got to this song that always get my attention, called "Don't stand so close to me" from the album Zenyattà Mondatta realeased in 1980. This song it's about a girl with a crush on her young teacher, and the teacher nervouness about his situation.

Here's the song lyrics:

Young teacher the subject
Of schoolgirl fantasy
She wants him so badly
Knows what she wants to be
Inside her there's longing
This girl's an open page
Book marking - she's so close now
This girl is half his age
Don't stand, don't stand so
Don't stand so close to me
Don't stand, don't stand so
Don't stand so close to me
Her friends are so jealous
You know how bad girls get
Sometimes it's not so easy
To be the teacher's pet
Temptation, frustration
So bad it makes him cry
Wet bus stop, she's waiting
His car is warm and dry

Don't stand, don't stand so
Don't stand so close to me
Don't stand, don't stand so
Don't stand so close to me
Loose talk in the classroom
To hurt they try and try
Strong words in the staff room
The accusations fly
It's no use, he sees her
He starts to shake and cough
Just like the old man in
That book by Nabakov
Don't stand, don't stand so
Don't stand so close to me
Don't stand, don't stand so
Don't stand so close to me
Don't stand, don't stand so
Don't stand so close to me

I think it's a very interesting story, and very realistic, as it's well know many of us have had a crush in some teacher. Could be the teacher hitting on the pupil or the pupil hitting on the teacher. It meantions about a book from the russian novelist Vladimir Nabokov, Lolita (1955). I will look for that book and have a read. I will post my impressions about it.
